Interior selections are based on desired spaces for decorating. This will be discussed during consultation and finalized with concept approval. (Living room, kitchen, foyer, bedrooms, and holiday specific items)
Sourcing and Installation is included.

EVERGREEN - “ Colorado Classic”

This package is for Realtors only! This package will consist of Neutral and timeless decor that will elevate any Colorado home. We offer this as a rental package for realtors wanting a statement entry that will welcome future homeowners! If you would like to purchase this package, we would follow our Alpine package with a consultation and revision for a customized neutral design plan.

Best for those who love a little DIY without the hassle of sourcing and picking up decor! Also a great option if you live outside our service area but want the custom design experience.

Install day! Don’t worry, we will take care of styling, set up, and finishing touches so you can enjoy the process.
